UK employment set up

We can assist you in setting up a fully compliant employee in the UK whether you are an overseas employer or for those hiring their first employee in the UK. We can also set up and administer payroll schemes if required.

Employment contracts

From April 2020, all UK Employers must provide new-form written statements of employment particulars (sometimes called section 1). Our HR specialists can review and update your current employment contracts if required to ensure they comply with section 1 – 3 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. Alternatively, we can produce new employment contracts and tailor these to suit your business. We can support implementing any new agreements or amendments to existing contracts if required.
