CDM Principal Design

It is the role of the principal designer to help you with the setup of the project, provide advice based on resources needed, timing, etc., eliminate risks and take charge of health and safety, and help you to bring together pre-construction information. It is a legal requirement to have a CDM principal designer on any project with more than one contractor, as it is their role to take the lead on all aspects in the pre-construction phase.
